Since 24 February 2022, the Editorial Board of ANSE Journal – in which both Ukrainian and Russian supervisors too, are free to publish and exchange ideas – is aggrieved and enraged by the uncalled for, unnecessary and unheard of aggression against the free country of Ukraine and the senseless violence perpetrated against its citizens.
What is being done to the people of Ukraine is in all respects contrary to the core values of supervision and coaching, as these pertain to ethics of cooperation and co-creation, such as the humane, careful and peaceable approach to solving misunderstandings, disagreements, disputes, tensions and conflicts.
We are seriously worried about the fate of our colleagues – and to be sure of all people – in and from Ukraine. We fully support all expressions of solidarity with Ukraine from the ANSE Board, various ANSE National Organisations and the ANSE Community as a whole, and join all efforts to help from ANSE and other parties.
